Monday night homemade creation

Morrisons minced beef, salt & pepper, garlic, blue cheese, 4 minutes in the George Forman grill.Nice crusty roll, again from Mr Morrison, topped with 'plastic' cheese and some fried pineapple sprayed with balsamic vinegar.

Mozarella...ella!

A damned fine late night creation was this (spending too much time watching 'Man vrs Food' again) Nice Ciabatta roll from Mr Morrison, bed of lettuce, burger sauce, homemade burger (80% Beef ,20% Pork, Garlic, salt +pepper) big slab of mozarella on top, wrap in silver foil to rest and melt the cheese for a few mins....a real meaty treat.
